How We Work
End-to-End. Indigenously Built. Yours to Own. Everything begins with your training requirement — the platform, the operational scenario, the deployment environment. Yugantaka designs the simulation architecture, builds the system, integrates hardware and software, installs and commissions at your facility, trains your instructors and operators, and supports the system through its operational life. You receive a fully functional, indigenously developed training ecosystem — with no dependency on foreign vendors for maintenance or upgrades.
Built for India's Defence Ecosystem

We build simulation systems that meet the operational standards of India’s Armed Forces — not adapted foreign products, but indigenous solutions engineered for our platforms, our terrain, and our doctrine.

Every Yugantaka system is designed for a specific operational training requirement — from small arms and ATGM simulators to ship handling, flight mission, and tactical command platforms. Modular, scalable, and field-deployable across academies, training nodes, and forward locations.

Simulation Systems Across Every Defence Domain

From individual weapons qualification to fleet-level mission rehearsal — indigenously built, end-to-end delivered.
Weapons & Crew Simulators

Small arms, ATGM, rocket launchers, artillery, and radar simulators — built for individual and crew-level qualification training across Indian Army platforms.

Mission & Tactical Simulators

Flight simulators, ship handling systems, tactical engagement platforms, and command and wargaming environments — designed for mission rehearsal and multi-unit coordination.

Integrated Training Ecosystems

Multi-participant, networked training environments combining XR, motion simulation, AI-driven adversaries, and After-Action Review — deployable at academies and field units.

We build training systems — not off-the-shelf products.

Every Yugantaka simulation system is purpose-engineered for the Indian Armed Forces. We do not resell foreign simulation products or adapt systems built for other militaries. We design from the training requirement — platform-specific, terrain-specific, doctrine-aligned.

The result is a system your instructors trust, your operators can use from day one, and your procurement team can sustain without external dependency.

“Indigenous design. Operational fidelity. End-to-end ownership.”

GTM Approach

How We Build, Run & Transfer GTM

Step 1: Define
We define the ICP, sectors, and decision-makers, and the buying signals that show a company is ready to move. This single definition drives both engines.
Step 2: Build
We build both engines end to end — signal monitoring, enrichment, CRM sync, outreach across email and LinkedIn, behavioural scoring, and the briefed BDR handoff.
Step 3: Run & Transfer
We run the engine to performance, delivering engagement-ready leads to your BDR, then transfer the complete engine to your internal team — no lock-in, no retainer.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of training systems does Yugantaka build?
We build simulation and immersive training systems for the Army, Air Force, and Navy — covering weapons simulators, crew trainers, flight and mission simulators, ship handling systems, radar trainers, tactical engagement platforms, and command and wargaming environments. All systems are indigenously developed under Make in India.
Do you deliver end-to-end or only supply components?
End-to-end. We own the full process — from concept design and system development through to installation, operator training, acceptance trials, and long-term maintenance support. Yugantaka is the single point of accountability from requirement to operational readiness.
Are your systems aligned with defence procurement procedures?
Yes. Our systems are structured to align with DAP 2020, including Make-I and Make-II categories, indigenous content requirements, and trial and acceptance protocols. We engage with procurement teams from early-stage requirement definition through to delivery.
