Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What does Yugantaka do?
We build, run, and transfer a signal-led, AI-native Go-To-Market engine for companies entering or scaling in India. The engine watches the market for real buying signals, surfaces the right companies for your approval, enriches and engages them across email and LinkedIn, scores them on real behaviour, and delivers engagement-ready leads to your team — then we hand the entire engine over for you to own outright.
What is a signal-led GTM engine?
Most outreach chases the whole market and hopes a fraction responds. A signal-led engine works the other way: it monitors for observable, real-world triggers that show a company is moving into a buying window, and acts only on the companies showing them. The result is pipeline that is qualified at the point of entry — you're reaching companies when they're actually ready, not at random.
How is this different from a lead-generation agency, marketing agency, or consultant?
We are none of those. We don't sell leads, run campaigns, or hand over slide decks and strategy documents. We build the actual machine that generates your pipeline, run it to performance, and then transfer it to you. Because you end up owning the engine, our incentive is to make it genuinely work — not to keep you on a monthly retainer.
Who is this built for?
Three kinds of company: international companies arriving in India that need pipeline before they have a full team; recently funded companies that need qualified pipeline quickly; and companies already hiring across GTM, sales, and revenue roles who want an engine their new hires can inherit and run.
When should a company work with Yugantaka?
When you want pipeline built on real buying signals rather than volume, and when the right company has to be reached at the right moment to win. It fits best when you'd rather own the engine that produces your pipeline than rent the output indefinitely.
Do you work with startups or only large companies?
Company size isn't the deciding factor. What matters is that you have someone to hand the engine to at the end — a BD or sales person or team — and that pipeline genuinely needs to be built deliberately. That describes funded startups, international entrants, and growing companies alike.
Do we control who gets contacted?
Yes — entirely. Every company the engine surfaces comes to your team with a short note on why it appeared, and nothing enters outreach without your sign-off. The approval gate is yours. The engine works only the companies you've approved, and ignores the rest by design.
What channels does the engine use?
Email and LinkedIn. Outreach is personalised to each buyer, sequenced, timed, and always-on — running continuously in the background rather than in manual batches.
What does my team actually receive?
Engagement-ready leads, briefed. By the time a lead reaches your BDR it has been surfaced by a real signal, approved by your team, engaged across email and LinkedIn, and scored on its actual behaviour. It arrives with the signal that surfaced it, the decision-maker's profile, the full engagement history, and ready talking points — so the conversation starts warm.
Where does our data live?
In your own accounts. Enriched leads sync into your CRM automatically, and your CRM stays the system of record. Nothing critical lives in a tool you don't control — which is also what makes the final transfer clean.
How long does it take, and what do you need from us?
The engine goes live in 8–10 weeks from sign-off. What we need from you is light: participation in the ICP discovery session, timely approvals on surfaced companies, CRM and domain access, a single point of contact, and your product and sales inputs. We handle the build and the running.
What happens at transfer — will we become dependent on you?
No — the model is built to eliminate dependency. At the end of the engagement, the complete engine, its data, and its workflows are handed into your accounts with documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run and scale it independently. No lock-in, no permanent retainer, no dependency on Yugantaka to keep it running.
Do you also work in defence simulation systems?
Yes. We design and develop defence simulation systems for training use cases, including immersive environments and system-level integration. This is a separate capability from our GTM execution work.
How do we get started?
One short conversation. We talk through your ICP, the signals worth acting on, and how the engine would build pipeline for you — then we agree scope and start building.
