We build the engine, run it to performance, and transfer it to you to own outright.
Defence Simulation & Training Systems
As a separate capability, we design and develop defence simulation and training systems — immersive environments and system-level integration for training use cases. Current builds include an 84 mm Rocket Launcher simulator, an ATGM simulator, and a small arms training simulator.
Intelligent Applications
We develop advanced intelligent applications built for real operational use — integrated monitoring dashboards that bring data from multiple systems into a single live view, cross-platform mobile applications, and AI-based applications spanning computer vision, automation, and decision support. Each is engineered for reliability and scale in demanding, real-world conditions.

CEO & Founder
A multi-venture entrepreneur with cross-industry execution experience spanning media, technology, government, and defence-adjacent delivery. Has led complex, large-scale projects end to end — from first concept through to live delivery — owning positioning, build, and execution at every stage. That operator's instinct shapes how Yugantaka builds its engines: designed to run in the real world, and to be owned by the client rather than managed from the outside.
Co-Founder
A retired Major General of the Indian Army, bringing the operational discipline and the large-scale systems, logistics, and infrastructure experience of a career spent commanding complex organisations under demanding conditions. That rigour — meticulous planning, coordination, and dependable execution at scale — underpins how our engines are built and run.
Head of Technology
An artificial-intelligence and data-engineering specialist who designs and builds complex, production-grade applications. This work spans AI systems, data pipelines and engineering, and the architecture behind automated platforms — the technical backbone that makes a signal-led, AI-native GTM engine possible.
GTM Head
An automation specialist and GTM engineer who builds and scales revenue infrastructure across the full funnel — ICP targeting, multi-channel outreach, CRM automation, and pipeline intelligence, with production-grade GTM systems deployed for B2B companies across e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, and logistics.
